| First photoshoot with Lotte and Kristy.
It was great fun, and as I don't have that much experience with studio
photography and lighting yet it was a good opportunity to learn. Most
shots are made with a mix of daylight and flashlight bounced from the
ceiling. Unfortunately this forced me to work with long exposures and
large apertures, so the pics are not as sharp as they could have been.
The close ups are made with a wireless flash and an umbrella. The base
material was quite good, although yellowish with daylight white balance
and the shots tended to be underexposed a bit. This could be fixed in
the raw files though. As you can see there are subtle differences in color,
tonality and contrast for the different shots, there is no uniform look.
This is intentional to show a bit of the 'bandwith' that is possible when
you want a particular look in Photoshop. The smooth skin tones are achieved
by using the neat image noise suppression program. |
